Cape Town is famous for its beautiful beaches. Clifton 4 beach is the largest and most family-friendly of the Clifton beaches. It has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag award in recognition of its environmental, safety and tourist standards.
With pristine white sand, freezing water, and natural beauty – Clifton 4 is a classic Cape Town beach with a great holiday atmosphere all year round.
This beach is ideal for sunbathing, people-watching and other beach activities. Clifton 4 is sheltered from summer’s Southeasterly winds, making it the perfect place to play beach volleyball.
The Beach Bums Beach Volleyball Club, headed by Jerome Fredericks, hosts tournaments and conducts personal training, group training, and corporate events at Clifton 4 or in Camps Bay. Jerome has made it his mission to share his experience, training knowledge, plus enthusiasm for beach volleyball with sports enthusiasts. Everyone is welcome to join, fun events are hosted every Saturday at 10AM. Enjoy a day full of fun and exercise in the sun!
